Ashley is the CEO and visionary behind the Arnell Recruiting, a Black Female owned talent acquisition firm, changing the way companies engage with talent on a cultural level and providing guidance to professionals navigating the job market. After acquiring her Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2011, she experienced firsthand the adversity many face with entering the job market unprepared. This led to the creation of Arnell Recruiting in 2020, guiding professionals with a realistic and authentic approach to acquiring employment in their ideal career.
